- Has fond memories of following Larry Bird and the Boston Celtics listening to Johnny Most and Glenn Ordway on the radio
- Told people that she wanted to be the female version of Johnny Most
- Graduated from Messiah College and received her Master’s from Syracuse University
- Best advice she received in the industry is from Bob Barry, “You haven’t made it in this business until you’ve been fired twice.”
- Faith has always been a big part of her life since she was 6 years old
- Mission trips have been very impactful for her and they make you realize how blessed we are in America
- A highlight in her sports career was as a host of Sunday Night Baseball on ESPN and breaking the news that Osama Bin Laden had been killed
- She’s so thankful for sports she learned lessons about cooperation, teamwork, and communication

Good morning Amy,
I listen to your show daily as I work as a dispatcher in the wee hours of the morning up here in Ontario Canada. I was listening today about the Toronto fans booing KD in game 5 here in Toronto. Unless these people who are criticizing the fans were at the game I feel, they should not be making such negative comments. I know several people who were at the game and cleared it up for myself. Apparently when he went down the cheers were when Serge looked as though he made a steal on KD and got the basket. The fans had no clue he was hurt as bad as he was. They immediately ( or within 60 sec) started chanting his name and giving him a round of applause on his way out of the arena. Any other fan in any other arena would have reacted the exact same way if it were Kawhi. How about we report on the positive of how the fans immediately cheered for his well being after the realization of the seriousness of his injury. Then to paint the whole of Canada based on a 10 sec reaction is absurd. However, I understand negative news often gets more ratings than the feel good story. Especially when its Canada vs USA. ( for the record my husband is American)I do respect and appreciate you and your opinions on the show.

In terms of the play with KD and the fans booing, I felt it was overblown as well because initially it just looked like he slipped and Serge took off down the court with the ball which of course would have fans cheering. Can the Raptors win tomorrow night?
