- Rich Spotlight: Jeff Scott
- Social media has changed recruiting significantly by allowing players to learn more about each school and coaches to learn more about the players
- As a son of college football coach, he really can’t remember life without sports
- Realized that he wanted to be a football coach while sitting in Charlie Ward’s (FSU) locker before the Florida St./Miami game in 1991
- Jeff and his family leaned heavily on their faith that God had bigger plans for their family after his dad, Brad Scott, was fired as head coach at South Carolina
- Attended Clemson as was a walk-on WR and FG placeholder
- Won a state championship as head coach at Blythewood HS in 2006
- Named Recruiting Coordinator and WR Coach in 2008 by Dabo Swinney after serving as a Grad Assistant under Tommy Bowden
- Named Co-Offensive Coordinator in 2014 with Tony Elliott
- Sports has allowed him to make relationships with so many people and players and he truly enjoys watching players grow into young men
- Words of Wisdom from Jeff Scott: “Bloom where you planted.” Advice he received from Dabo Swinney about focusing on where you are currently and not focusing on what’s next.
