  • Rich Spotlight: Anthony Miller
    • Enjoying taking visits with NFL teams because it feels like being recruited even though he was never really recruited in high school and didn’t take any official visits
    • Doesn’t matter where he gets drafted as he just excited for the opportunity to prove that he can play in the NFL
    • First memory of sports is not a good memory as he ran the wrong way during his first football game as a kid
    • Also ran track in high school running the 110-meter hurdles and long jump
    • Grew up a Dallas Cowboys fan because his dad was a Cowboys fan
    • Admired wide receivers like Steve Smith growing up and sees how other receivers like Nelson Agholor have been able to have success in the NFL even at a smaller size
    • Signed a blank piece of paper on national signing day as a walk-on for Memphis because he was never offered a Division I scholarship
    • Remembers his first TD in college against Cincinnati because he received an unsportsmanlike penalty for his TD celebration
    • Has 7-8 tattoos and the most recent tattoo on his chest is a quote from his former WR coach David Johnson which reads “And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane but by those who couldn’t hear the music”
    • Sports has taught him the value of teamwork and facing failure
    • Words of Wisdom from Anthony Miller: “There’s only one way to succeed in anything and that’s to give everything.”
