- Always dreamed of playing football on TV and fell in love with the Garnet and Black of South Carolina at an early age
- Basketball was his first love but things began to excel for him on the football in the 11th grade
- Committed to South Carolina during a recruiting visit but waited several days before he told his mom
- The university helped him grow and mature as a man and will forever will grateful for his time there
- It was a tough decision not to play in the Belk Bowl but after talking with his parents and Coach Muschamp, all agree that it is in his best interest to prepare for the NFL Draft
